Shipping & Return/Refund Policy

We have made a great effort to ensure that the products that you purchase from Blue Skull Misting are durable, affordable, and reliable.  If you are not completely satisfied with any product that you purchased from us, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of order.  

 

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

• All returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, and with the original labels attached. 

• If the item(s) for return show wear, use, or consumer damage; your return may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  In specific cases,  however, a shipping fee credit up to $7.99 may be refunded back to your original source of payment.  This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

• A minimum $25.00 Restocking Fee may be charged for return-eligible P.C.D Kits.  

  • Kits that have been opened and show signs of use and can no longer be sold as new.​

  • Kits that are returned and are missing parts & accessories.

• Please allow 10-14 days for refunds.

• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR ITEMS TOTALING LESS THAN $35.00.
