• Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 24 hours from the receipt of your order

• Shipping is provided by UPS Ground Advantage which usually takes 3-5 days for delivery in the USA.

• All shipping is free of charge for domestic orders greater than $35.00

• Keep in mind there are sometimes unfortunate delays by the carrier that are due to events outside of our control.

We have made a great effort to ensure that the products that you purchase from Blue Skull Misting are durable, affordable, and reliable.  If you are not completely satisfied with any product that you purchased from us, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from receiving the item(s).  

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

• All returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, and with the original labels attached. 

• If the item(s) for return show wear, use, or consumer damage; your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  In some cases, a maximum credit of $7.99  for shipping may be refunded back to the original source of payment. 

• A $25.00 Restocking Fee may be charged for return-eligible P.C.D Kits.

• Please allow 10-14 days for refunds.
